However, we do understand that in rare cases, issues may arise during transit. Please read our policy carefully to understand how we handle such situations.
No Returns or Cancellations
We do not accept returns of any opened or unopened products under any circumstances, due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you may request a replacement or resolution by following the steps below:
Steps to Report:
- Email us at support@vaidictea.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect item
- Description of the issue
Our Response
- Once we verify the issue, we will offer a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, store credit, or other action, at our sole discretion.
- We do not offer cash refunds under any condition.
Delayed Deliveries
While we aim to deliver all orders within 3–7 business days, delays can occasionally happen due to courier issues, public holidays, or natural events. Please be patient during such times. You can track your order or contact us if there’s an unusual delay.
Important Notes
- Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- If your package was tampered with or opened before delivery, please refuse to accept it and inform us immediately.
- All replacement approvals are at the sole discretion of VaidicTea.com after inspection of the case.
